Shockers are encouraged to apply for the Upward Bound Math Science (UBMS) summer Tutor Counselor positions. This is an opportunity to mentor and tutor first-generation high school students who go through the UBMS summer college simulation. Upward Bound Math Science is seeking individuals who enjoy working with youth, are motivated and have good leadership qualities.
The position will be held from May 20th, 2024- July 3, 2024. Training, room and board, and paid salary will be provided for those who are hired.
Shockers interested in learning more about the position can join the informational meeting from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29 in 203 Rhatigan Student Center, Lancelot Room. Light refreshments will be provided.
