WSU Math Circle (a program for middle school students) will host an e-day celebration of the irrational number e, called Euler’s Number, from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 7 in 353 Jabara Hall. All students, parents and teachers are invited to enjoy the celebrations with desserts, including swiss chocolate, hot chocolate and pastries, and a talk from Dr. Stephen Brady, associate professor of math.
WSU Math Circle’s children’s math library will also be at the event for students to check out books.
The Math Circle’s weekly program will resume from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday Feb. 11 in 372 Jabara Hall with Dr. Robert Fraser, assistant professor of math.
