Shockers are invited to join Mindfulness and Meditation at 1 p.m. every Wednesday in the multi-purpose room in Shocker Hall A, across from the front desk. Mindfulness is focusing one’s awareness on the present moment by intentionally noticing one’s thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgement. These sessions offer various meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness.
