Join Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for Mindfulness and Meditation at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1 in 240 Rhatigan Student Center, Mayfield Room. Mindfulness is focusing one’s awareness on the present moment by intentionally noticing thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgement. The sessions offer various meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness. Future Sessions will be held on Nov. 15, Nov. 29 and Dec. 13 and on Facebook Live on Nov. 8, Nov. 22 and Dec. 6.
