Join Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for Mindfulness and Meditation at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25 on Facebook Live through the CAPS Facebook account. Mindfulness is focusing one’s awareness on the present moment by intentionally noticing thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgement. The sessions offer various meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness. Future sessions will be held in person in 240 Rhatigan Student Center, Mayfield Room on Nov. 1, Nov. 15, Nov. 29 and Dec. 13 and on Facebook Live on Oct. 25, Nov. 8, Nov. 22 and Dec. 6.
