The International Student Union’s annual InterFest: International Food Festival is a festival where Wichita State students prepare and sell dishes from their native countries. Attend the event at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27 on the Grace Memorial Chapel lawn.
The festival provides a platform for intercultural sharing where the campus community and visitors can try out diverse cuisine and learn about the origins and cultural significance of a particular dish. It also serves as a fundraiser for international student associations, although small groups of students also participate to have as many diverse dishes as possible.
