Join Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for Mindfulness and Meditation from 11:15 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Sept. 27 on Facebook Live.

Mindfulness is focusing one’s awareness on the present moment by intentionally noticing thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgement. The sessions offer various meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness.
