Campus community invited to Mindfulness and Meditation session

Students, faculty and staff are invited to Mindfulness and Meditation at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20 in 240 Rhatigan Student Center.

Mindfulness is focusing one’s awareness on the present moment by intentionally noticing thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgement. The sessions offer various meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness.
