As part of WSU’s continuous improvement of its technology processes and cybersecurity, ITS and Information Security have recently expanded controls regarding how WSU systems interact with other systems on the internet. As a result, some systems that send or retrieve files with non-WSU environments could find that traffic blocked.
If your system or device does not have the connectivity that it needs, please follow these steps:
- Open wichita.teamdynamix.com in your browser
- Select Client Portal then sign in
- Search for “Firewall / Security Request” in the search bar and select it among the results
- Select Request a Service, and then enter your information
