The manager of student impact in the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships (OFA) will provide leadership and oversight for OFA student services pertaining to access and affordability for undergraduate, graduate and professional students.
The position will lead initiatives that enable the office to better serve its diverse student and community populations by connecting university-level student financial aid data with national research on effective practices, research trends and programs focused on outreach, student engagement, financial wellness and persistence. The position also works closely with OFA and campus leadership and departments — in particular, Enrollment Services, One Stop, Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Student Success, College Advising, Graduate School, and International Education — and supports Strategic Enrollment Management goals, Federal Financial Aid compliance requirements, and institutional efforts in key areas including retention, advising, student success and completion.
