Dr. Andrew Denning, associate professor of 20th century Europe at the University of Kansas, will present a talk on his latest work, titled “Automotive Empire: How cars and roads fueled European colonialism in Africa,” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6 in 127 Jabara Hall.
