Visiting curator Chau Thuy will share a Boat People survivor’s story of hope

In conjunction with the exhibition Tuan Andrew Nguyen: The Boat People, Chau Thuy, president and founder of the Vietnamese Heritage Museum, will share his passion for preserving the history, art and culture of the Vietnamese boat people.

His own extraordinary journey as a refugee is reflected in his art and the books he has authored. Join the Ulrich Museum of Art for a visiting curator talk from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 in the Beren Gallery. A reception will be held at 5:30 p.m.
