Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is often practiced as a gentle form of exercise to improve flexibility, balance and strength. The class, instructed by Matthew Moors, is designed to help participants slow down, clear their minds and challenge their coordination as they learn some new moves. The class will be held from 4 to 4:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6 in 141 Heskett Center.
