Human Resources knows many faculty and staff are curious to hear about the next steps related to the fiscal year 2024 pay cycle (aka market-based compensation).
HR has been diligently reviewing all the stakeholder feedback it received last fall, analyzing the data and outcomes of the initial implementation, and reviewing recommendations for enhancements to the program with various university leaders.
HR anticipates being able to share more details in the near future. In the meantime, it thanks faculty and staff for their patience as they work collaboratively to make improvements.
