An SGA Survey found that one in three WSU students admitted to skipping a meal because they could not afford it. The Shocker Support Locker (SSL) aims to fix that. This donation-based food pantry provides free toiletries and food to any WSU student, staff, or faculty on a weekly basis.
So far this semester, the SSL has given out an excess of 3,000 pounds of food to more than 750 people, and we need your help to get our shelves stocked.
Our most popular items include rice, pasta, fresh produce, canned tuna and chicken, soap, razors, toothpaste, other hygiene products, and culturally based foods.
