Gamefest registration is now open. The competition will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 in the Heskett Center Esports Club.
Gamefest features back-to-back tournaments in a variety of styles, including board game, PC and console tournaments throughout the evening. The current lineup of games includes Smash Bros. Ultimate, Madden NFL, NBA2k, Rocket League and Chess. All games will be single-elimination. Participants can bring their own controllers and DS.
Registration is required and must be completed by 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16. This event is in collaboration with the Student Activities Council, Intramural Sports and Shocker Esports. Pizza and snacks will be provided. Prizes and intramural champion shirts will be awarded to the top two performing players form each tournament.
