Join CAPS and Campus Activities and Recreation for Mindfulness Meditation

Join Counseling and Prevention Services and Campus Activities and Recreation for Mindfulness Meditation at 1 p.m. Fridays at the Heskett Center. Mindfulness is focusing a person’s awareness on the present moment. This is done by intentionally noticing individual thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without any judgment. The sessions offer a variety of meditation exercises designed to develop mindfulness and promote holistic wellness.
