Researchers are conducting research sessions 8 a.m.-noon Mondays-Wednesdays June 20-July 7. The sessions will improve the researchers understanding of the factors that affect physical therapy. Participants in the study will be compensated with a lab-themed mug in their choice of color (lime green, purple, yellow or burgundy). Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be between the ages of 18-65
- Have normal or corrected-to-normal vision
- Be free of existing injuries
- Must not experience motion sickness or balance difficulties
Participants will only have to participant in one session that will require approximately 30 minutes. In this session, participants will perform a series of basic exercises using light dumbbells (hand weights). Before completing the exercises, participants will receive demonstrations and instructions on how to perform the exercises. Participants will also be asked to share their feelings and experiences during the exercises.
