The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is seeking 12-15 current Wichita State students to serve as leaders for Passage 2 Success. The leaders help incoming freshmen from diverse backgrounds transition to their life at WSU. Being a passage leader allows students to serve as a paid mentor for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Other benefits of becoming a passage leader include the following:
- Meeting with a group of new WSU students
- Collaborating with other leaders and making new friends
- Attending and participating in all Passage 2 Success activities and functions
- Access to early move-in dates for the residence halls
- Assisting with the logistics and operations of the program
- Receiving a stipend to compensate for your assistance
- Part-time student employment for the 2022-2023 academic year
Applications will be accepted until April 10.
