Longtime Wichita-based artist Ann Resnick speaking at Ulrich today

The Ulrich Museum of Art will host an artist talk featuring Wichita-based artist Ann Resnick at 6 p.m. today, March 8. There will be a reception before at 5:30 p.m. The talk is free and open to the public.

Resnick has been making art for more than forty years. A pillar of contemporary art in Wichita, she has worked as a gallerist, activist and exhibiting artist to benefit the local community for 25 years. Shown nationally and internationally, much of her work has never been seen in Wichita. She will discuss her current exhibition, “Chapter & Verse,” with curator Ksenya Gurshtein. “Chapter & Verse” presents highlights of her artistic career going back to the 1990s. The exhibition is on display at the Ulrich Museum through May 7.
