Associate clinical professor Deah Davis has announced she will retire from the Wichita State School of Social Work in December. Please help celebrate her social work career as both a social work practitioner and educator with messages, photos and well wishes at this Kudoboard link. Davis has taught in both the Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work programs since 2009. Davis was integral in developing WSU’s Undergraduate Certificate in Social Work and Addiction. She also provided years of service for the annual POWER Conference, student groups and many other organizations both locally and at the national level. The school thanks her for the important work she has done during her career, both as part of the social work practice community and here as an educator at Wichita State.
