Students are invited to register for the F45 Playoffs 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Heskett Center. At the event, students can form a team or compete individually and make their way through ten F45 stations. The following stations will be included at the event:
- Rowing
- Bench hop
- Push up knee tuck
- Lateral hop
- Box jump plus burpee
- Pull-ups
- Squat press
- Russian twist
- Deadball over the shoulder throw
- Sprint and lateral hop
The team or individual that completes the most repetitions will be crowned the champion. Registration is free for all participants.
