The Office of Engagement and Progressive Missionary Baptist Church (2725 E. 25th St. N.) are requesting volunteers for a mobile food pantry between 12:30-3 p.m. Oct. 29. Volunteers can split their shifts to help accommodate personal schedules (for example 12:30-1:30 p.m., 1-2 p.m., 2-3 p.m. or 1-3 p.m.). During the event, volunteers will hand out boxes of fresh produce, dry food, bread and desserts.
