The WSU Center for Real Estate released its 2022 Kansas Housing Markets Forecast series this week. The publications in this series review current housing market conditions in the major markets across the state — including Kansas City, Lawrence, Manhattan, Topeka and Wichita — and forecast housing market activity through the end of 2022. The series also includes housing outlooks for 22 smaller markets across the state. Copies of each of the forecast and outlook publications in the series can be found at www.wichita.edu/realestate, and printed copies of the 2022 Wichita Housing Forecast are available in room 325 Clinton Hall.
