Join the Shocker community during a Neighborhood Walk beginning with check-in at 8:15 Saturday, Oct. 2 at a table located at the 3 Keys Fitness parking lot (2628 E. 21st St. N.). Participants can register online. The event is part of Good Neighbor Week Sept. 28-Oct. 4.
Water will be provided to all participants. Participants will also receive hot cider, coffee, and water at the end of the walk. The Steve Clark YMCA will also have family activities for those who wish to stay at the event longer.
In addition to the walk, the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy will be nearby providing free flu vaccinations at the Health Core Clinic parking lot (2707 E. 21st St N.) Participants who wish to receive the vaccine can register at the link below.
