Volunteers are requested for the United Way Give Items of Value (GIV) program 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the following dates at the GIV Warehouse:
- Sept. 10
- Oct. 15
- Nov. 5
Volunteers will sort and organize items for donation to local nonprofits.
The GIV program accepts donated items from companies and offers them at no charge to nonprofits throughout the state. The GIV program distributes $400,000 to $1 million worth of donated items each year to more than 100 area nonprofits (including agencies not funded by United Way).
