Azpuru delivered talks on democracy in Latin America

Dr. Dinorah Azpuru, professor of political science, was invited as the keynote speaker to three virtual events in June and July. Her conferences were related to the topic of democracy in Latin America and included the following appearances:
  • Catholic University Andres Bello in Venezuela — Main speaker for the inaugural class of the 2021 program on public management and democratic governance. The event included more than 250 attendees.
  • Catholic University Rafael Landivar in Guatemala — Sole speaker for the 60th anniversary of the college of political and social sciences.
  • Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Germany — One of two speakers at a conference organized by the foundation. The audience was primarily in Germany.
